Lots of great delicious food choices. The crab, sushi, shrimp, pork belly and fried rice were especially yummy. I liked the bubble tea, nice touch. Friendly service too.
Best seafood buffet in Brooklyn. Great varieties. The used to have grilled lobster but no anymore. But the have lobster with scallion and ginger.
The food was fresh and waiter keep on take plate of trash way for you. The food are delicious. A lot of selection of food to choose from.
It's surprisingly good for an AYCE buffet. The tuna sashimi was good, a lot of different items to choose from. There's ramen and a grill station for different types of meat. There is a hot pot as well. We ordered the spicy broth, and it was tasty and spicy! The meat for the hotpot was delicious. There are fish balls and veggies in the refrigerator, which you can grab by yourself. The restaurant is very big but I'm sure it gets packed on weekends. Overall, a good AYCE buffet and the pricing point are great. I would definitely recommend and will be back soon.
Highly recommended! It used to be The Flaming Grill Buffet, but now, it's changed and a little more money. Still beats Seaport Buffet, where you have to fight a bunch of line cutters who take up all the crab legs, and they demand a bigger tip for ignoring you. At least in Umi, you have plenty of crab legs and lobster claws(and tails). You even have a choice of milk tea and other drinks that they didn't have before. The service is excellent, with no bad attitude.
With a large group of 20 people, we did not have an issue getting tables on a Saturday night which was quite surprising, but I didn't mind! The usual variety of Asian food to choose from plus a large section for sushi. The main draw of this buffet is there seafood section filled with crab legs, stone crab, oysters and clams. This section was constantly restocked. Don't forget to hop on the grill like for grilled meats or even a grilled lobster tail. Ramen is also available now along with the pick your own drink section. Cost is $40 for a weekend dinner and basically half the price for kids. This place is worth the try, especially for seafood lovers.
